About YoungCrafters

YoungCrafters is an AI-powered mentorship platform built to connect ambitious young people with experienced mentors who can help them grow, learn, and achieve their goals. Whether you're a high school student exploring your future, a college student navigating career decisions, or a young professional ready to level up, YoungCrafters matches you with the right mentor at the right time.

Our platform is designed for students and early-career individuals who want personalized guidance — not generic advice. Mentees apply to the program, describe their goals, challenges, and aspirations, and our AI analyzes those responses in depth to find mentors whose backgrounds and expertise genuinely address their specific needs.

Mentors on YoungCrafters are college students and professionals who have been there before. They've navigated college applications, technical interviews, career pivots, and personal development milestones — and they're ready to share what they've learned. Mentors apply too, so every connection is intentional and mutual.

Once matched, mentors and mentees communicate through built-in messaging, set shared goals with milestones, schedule meetings, and track progress together over time. Our platform also supports organizations — schools, companies, and programs — who want to run private mentorship cohorts under their own brand with full admin controls and analytics.

YoungCrafters is built by a team passionate about democratizing access to mentorship. We believe everyone deserves a guide who genuinely understands their journey — and we're building the tools to make that possible at scale.
